Terms & Conditions

1. Age Eligibility: Participants must be between 18 and 40 years old at the time of the conference. Applications outside this age range will not be considered.
2. Non-Refundable Fees: All registration and participation fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
3. Selection & Participation: Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. The Organizing Committee reserves full authority over delegate selection and committee allocations.
4. Code of Conduct: All delegates must maintain professionalism, respect, and diplomatic behavior throughout the conference. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will result in immediate removal without refund.
5. Visa & Travel Responsibility: International delegates are solely responsible for securing valid passports, visas, and required travel documentation. The organization is not liable for visa rejections or travel delays.
6. Program Modifications: The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the agenda, speakers, committees, venues, or schedule if necessary, without prior notice.
7. Deadline Compliance: Selected delegates must meet all payment and documentation deadlines. Failure to comply may result in automatic cancellation of participation.
8. Media & Promotion Consent: By registering, participants grant permission to International Diplomats to use event photographs, videos, and recordings for official promotional and documentation purposes.
9. Liability Disclaimer: The organization shall not be held responsible for personal injuries, loss of belongings, medical issues, or unforeseen incidents occurring before, during, or after the conference.
10. Decision Authority: All decisions made by the Organizing Committee are final and binding. No appeals or disputes will be entertained.
